“四个评价”的要义及其对高校师德师风建设的促进意义
The Essence of "Four Evaluations" and Its Promoting Significance to the Construction of Teachers’ Ethics in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》是引领新时代教育领域综合改革的纲领性文件,在其主要原则中明确提出了结果、过程、增值和综合评价("四个评价")的总体要求。"四个评价"为提高高等教育质量,完成好"为党育人、为国育才"的神圣使命,促进高校的改革和发展指引了方向。通过对"四个评价"的意蕴进行了分析,并对"四个评价"的价值进行了归纳,阐述了"四个评价"对高校师德师风建设的促进作用。
【Abstract】 The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era is a programmatic document to guide the comprehensive reform in the field of education in the new era. In its main principles, it clearly presents the overall requirements on education results, processes, value-added and comprehensive evaluation(four evaluations). Colleges and universities are in the "pinnacle" position in the education, and educational evaluation is the "baton" and the "weathervane" of their education and teaching, playing as an important link of education management. The "four evaluations" guides the reform and development of colleges and universities in improving the quality of higher education and fulfilling the mission of "cultivating talents for the Party and the country". This paper analyzes the connotation of the "four evaluations", concludes its values, and explains the promoting effect of the "four evaluations" on the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.
