【Abstract】 The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era is a programmatic document to guide the comprehensive reform in the field of education in the new era. In its main principles, it clearly presents the overall requirements on education results, processes, value-added and comprehensive evaluation(four evaluations). Colleges and universities are in the "pinnacle" position in the education, and educational evaluation is the "baton" and the "weathervane" of their education and teaching, playing as an important link of education management. The "four evaluations" guides the reform and development of colleges and universities in improving the quality of higher education and fulfilling the mission of "cultivating talents for the Party and the country". This paper analyzes the connotation of the "four evaluations", concludes its values, and explains the promoting effect of the "four evaluations" on the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.更多还原
