ICP-MS法同时测定粮食中6种重金属元素含量的研究

【摘要】 建立了粮食样品中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镍(Ni)6种重金属元素含量ICP-MS测定的分析方法。样品经全自动石墨消解仪消解后定容到一定体积,用ICP-MS在氦气碰撞模式下进行分析测定,用内标元素和干扰方程等来校正干扰和漂移。6种元素在所选浓度范围内线性关系良好;Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Ni各元素的方法检出限分别为0.010 mg/kg、0.001 mg/kg、 0.020 mg/kg、0.001 mg/kg、0.002 mg/kg和0.005 mg/kg;加标回收率为89.6%~105.7%;用标准物质验证,各元素测定值均在认定值允许的偏差范围内。该方法简便、灵敏度高、准确性好、可操作性强,可广泛应用于大批量粮食样品的检验。

【Abstract】 A method was established to determine 6 kinds of heavy metal elements( Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, As, Ni) in grain samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). After being digested by auto graphite digestion apparatus, the samples were determined by ICP-MS under the helium collision mode. And the internal standard elements and the correction equation were used to correct interference and signal drifting. All 6 kinds of elements presented a good linear relationship within the selected concentration range. The method detection limit of 6 elements are respectively 0. 010 mg/kg(Pb)、0. 001 mg/kg(Cd)、 0. 020 mg/kg(Cr)、0. 001 mg/kg(Cu)、0. 002 mg/kg(As) and 0. 005 mg/kg(Ni).The recovery rate of the sample was between 89.6%~105.7%. The results of the determination are all with the allowable deviation range of the certified reference materials. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. This method has great maneuverability and can be widely used to determine the contents of 6 heavy metal elements in batch grain samples.
