沥青路面旧料精分离技术与大比例再生技术在高速公路中的应用
Application of Fine Separation Technology and Large Proportion Recycling Technology of Old Materials of Asphalt Pavement in Expressways
【摘要】 基于沥青路面旧料(RAP)精细分离、新旧沥青融合、全过程质量控制三项核心技术的研究,将旧料(RAP)掺加比例70%的超大比例厂拌热再生、旧料(RAP)掺加比例27%的SMA表面层再生、旧料(RAP)掺加比例100%的全比例冷再生微表处技术成功应用在了桓永高速公路路面维修工程中,再生沥青混合料高、低温性能均达到了规范对全新沥青混合料的指标要求,应用效果良好,社会经济环境效益显著。
【Abstract】 Based on the research of three core technologies like fine separation of old material( RAP) of asphalt pavement,fusion of new and old asphalt and whole process quality control,the super large proportion plant mix hot recycling with 70% mixing proportion of old material( RAP),SMA surface course recycling with 27%mixing proportion of old material( RAP),and the full proportion cold recycling micro surfacing technology with100% mixing proportion of old material( RAP) have been successfully applied in the pavement maintenance project of Huanyong expressway. The high and low temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture has reached the specification requirements for new asphalt mixture. The application effect is good,and the social,economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
