化学混凝法处理含氟废水的研究
Study on the Treatment of Fluorine Wastewater by Chemical Coagulation
【摘要】 以某氟化工企业产生的含氟废水(F-的质量浓度为576 mg·L-1)为处理对象,投加钙源化学-混凝沉淀法除氟。探究在除氟效果上钙投加量、化学沉淀p H、混凝沉淀p H的影响程度。结果表明:通过外加钙源,化学-混凝沉淀法可显著降低水样中F-质量浓度。优化除氟的过程条件为:钙氟摩尔之比为2.5,化学沉淀p H为9,混凝沉淀p H为6.5。投加混凝剂明矾(10%)为31.1 mL·L-1,投加助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(0.1%)为3.0 mL·L-1,可使出水氟质量浓度稳定小于10 mg·L-1,符合GB8978—2002中的一级排放标准。
【Abstract】 Fluoride wastewater (F-mass concentration 576 mg·L-1) from a fluorine chemical enterprise was treated by adding calcium source chemical coagulation-precipitation method.The effect of calcium dosage,pH of chemical precipitation and pH of coagulation precipitation on fluoride removal was investigated.The results showed that the mass concentration of F-in water samples could be significantly reduced by chemical coagulation-precipitation with calcium source.The optimum process conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of calcium to fluorine was 2.5,the pH of chemical precipitation was 9,and the pH of coagulation precipitation was 6.5.Adding coagulant alum (10%) 31.1 mL·L-1and coagulant aid polyacrylamide (0.1%) 3.0 mL·L-1,the fluorine mass concentration in the effluent could be stabilized less than 10 mg·L-1,meeting GB8978—2002 Level 1 emission standard.
