【摘要】 人才培养是教育的首要问题。《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出,要坚持把师德师风作为第一标准。新时代,师德师风成为教师评价改革,践行教书育人使命的首要条件。如何推进师德师风建设取得成效,是需要高校重点研究和实践的重要问题。文章提出提升师德师风建设整体水平,应从组织、内容、方法、载体层面实现全方位的协同,并阐述了协同的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent cultivation is the first concern of education. It is proposed in The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era that teachers’ ethics should be viewed as the most important criterion to evaluate teachers, which requires further study on how to promote the construction of teachers’ ethics.
