【摘要】 目的系统描述并分析影响我国老年人积极老龄化的影响因素。方法计算机检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM、PubMed、Ovid、Web of Science、Embase及The Cochrane Library数据库,收集有关我国老年人积极老龄化影响因素的文献,检索时限均为建库至2021年5月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并采用澳大利亚JBI循证中心推荐的标准评价纳入研究质量,采用定性分析的方法系统总结归纳纳入文献的一般信息与主要结果。结果按照排除纳入标准最终纳入22篇横断面研究论文。研究结果显示影响我国老年人积极老龄化的相关因素可分类归纳为个人、家庭、社会三大方面,主要影响因素包括健康状况、文化程度、经济状况、心理因素、年龄、婚姻状况、居住情况、社会支持等。结论我国老年人积极老龄化的影响因素较多。由于纳入文献均为横断面研究且数量有限,文献质量评价不高,相关因素与积极老龄化之间的因果关系还需未来开展更多的前瞻性队列研究予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Description and analysis of the influence factors of active aging of the elderly in China.Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data, CBM,PubMed, Ovid, Web of Science Embase and The Cochrane were electronically searched to collect studies on the influencing factors of active aging of the elderly in China.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 2021.Two researchers independently screened the literature to extract the data and evaluated the quality of the included studies according to the criteria set by JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Australia, and used qualitative methods to systematically summarize the included literature.Results According to the exclusion criteria, 22 cross-sectional studies were finally included.The results show that the factors related to active aging of the elderly in China can be classified into three aspects: individual, family and society.The main influencing factors include health status, education level, economic status, psychological factors, age, marital status, living condition, social support and so on.Conclusion There are many influencing factors of active aging of the elderly in China.Due to the limited number of included literatures and low quality evaluation, the causal relationship between relevant factors and active aging still needs to be further verified and more prospective cohort studies should be carried out in the future.更多还原
