【Abstract】 The current situation of the reform of teachers, textbooks and teaching method(TTT reform) in vocational colleges was described and its outstanding problems were demonstrated after an analysis of the data collected from both the teachers and the students by means of questionnaire and interview. From the perspective of teaching diagnosis and improvement, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to build an effective path of the TTT reform. Industrial schools can be introduced to enhance its systemicity, the educational evaluation refrom can be deepened to improve its scientificness, and education can be tailored to individual students’ needs with the help of a tutorial system to increase the effectiveness of the TTT reform.更多还原
