利用干牛粪制备复合载体吸附微生物的研究

【摘要】 固定化的微生物系统可用于多种用途。然而,对固定化细胞生理特性的研究远远落后于应用研究,阻碍了固定化微生物的实际应用。为研制具有扩大培养和固定化两种功能的载体材料,以微生物的数量作为检测指标,考察了复合载体的种类、配比、温度等单因素对载体吸菌量的影响。研究表明,细菌ZX5及ZH9的储存温度均在40℃时为最佳,但ZX5的最适复合载体为C,而ZH9的最适复合载体为B,复合载体C的麦麸、锯末量均高于复合载体B,而硅藻土含量却远小于复合载体B,麦麸、锯末的透气性及养分含量要远高于硅藻土,由此可见,ZX5对氧气及养分的需求要高于ZH9;而真菌ZZ9的最适储存温度为30℃,最佳复合载体为A,其麦麸的含量占到50.0%,说明ZZ9对于养分需求较高。

【Abstract】 Immobilized microbial system has a wide application prospect in different fields. However,for a long time,the research on the physiological characteristics of immobilized cells lags behind its application,which hinders the practical application of immobilized microorganisms. In order to develop carrier materials with two functions of expanded training and immobilization,taking the number of microorganisms as the detection index,the effects of single factors such as the type,ratio and temperature of the composite carrier on the bacterial absorption of the carrier were investigated. The results showed that the best storage temperature of bacteria ZX5 and ZH9 was 40 ℃,but the optimal composite carrier of ZX5 was C, while the optimal composite carrier of ZH9 was B.The amount of wheat bran and sawdust of composite carrier C is higher than that of composite carrier B,but the content of diatomite is much lower than that of composite carrier B. The permeability and nutrient content of wheat bran and sawdust are much higher than that of diatomite. It can be seen that ZX5 needs more oxygen and nutrients than ZH9.The optimum storage temperature of fungus ZZ9 is 30 ℃,the best composite carrier is A,and the content of wheat bran accounts for 50.0%,indicating that ZZ9 has a high demand for nutrients.
