【Abstract】 The rigid demand for eldercare services is growing, whereas the fragmentation of old-age care, lack of care resources, and the misalignment between care demand and supply,greatly hinder the development of senior care services, and therefore we need to explore new care models. The elderly care industry has hitched its wagon to the fast-growing sharing economy. Sharing old-age care can integrate decentralized care resources, expand effective supply, improve the employment structure of the aged care industry, and mobilize more care resources. The growing Internet penetration rate and expansion of online shopping among the elderly population are the basis of eldercare sharing, and organizational management, information platform and payment guarantee constitute the support system of the shared model.
