【Abstract】 Linking system construction with national governance is an important theoretical achievement of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee. Accordingly, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the socialist basic economic system and economic governance. The basic socialist economic system is an important pillar of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and economic governance is an important part of national governance, which is interdependent and symbiotic.
