【Abstract】 As the seismotectonic environment is an organic whole, it is necessary to comprehensively consider in combination with the geotechnical hydrothermal structural belt, systematically summarize the relevant studies in the old seismic area of Xingtai since 1986, and study the tectonic environment of Xingtai M_S7.2 earthquake in combination with the stratification of the old seismic area, including caprock, basement and focal layer.
