基于排污分区的流域水环境污染特征分析:以莆田市荔城区南洋水系为例
Characterization of Water Environmental Pollution Based on Watershed Zoning:A Case Study of Nanyang Water System in Licheng District of Putian City
【摘要】 针对基础设施建设改变莆田市荔城区排污分区的问题,在综合考虑水系流域、排水管网、道路等因素的基础上,将南洋水系划分为后廖片区、港利片区、洋埕片区和东郊片区4个主要排污分区。根据每个排污分区进行水环境容量核算以及生活源、农业面源、城市径流和内源污染核算,明确该地区水环境污染的原因、污染程度和主要污染源。结果表明:4个片区的氨氮和总磷排放量均大于其水环境容量,因此在南洋水系4个片区中水体主要污染物为氨氮、总磷,其中生活源污染对氨氮贡献率最高,占比50%以上,农业面源污染对总磷贡献率最高,占比40%以上。建议该地域应对生活源污水进行截污管网建设,采用源头控制、过程拦截和末端治理的方法治理农业面源污染,并对自然水体进行生态修复。
【Abstract】 In view of the changes of sewage discharge areas caused by infrastructure constructionin Licheng District of Putian City, Nanyang water system was divided into four main sewage areas: Houliao district, Gangli District, Yangcheng District and eastern suburb district, based on a comprehensive consideration of the drainage basin, drainage pipe network and roads. Through accounting water environmental capacity of each zone, as well as pollution from domestic sources,agricultural non-point sources, urban runoff and internal sources, causes, pollution levels and main sources are clarified. The results showed that the emission load of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus is beyond its water environmental capacity in four zones. Therefore, the main pollutants in the Nanyang water system are ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.Among them, domestic sources had the highest contribution to ammonia nitrogen pollution, accounting for over 50%, and agricultural non-point sources mostly lead to total phosphorus pollution, accounting for over 40%. It is recommended that the region construct pollution discharge network to intercept domestic sewage, regulate pollution from agricultural non-point sources by “source control, in-process interception and end-of-pipe treatment”, and restore natural water bodies through ecology-based approaches.
