多用炉气体渗碳工艺改进
Improvement of Multi-purpose Furnace Gas Carburizing Process
【摘要】 本文针对江苏某林业机械厂多用炉气体渗碳工艺中存在的不足,分析了氧探头单因素精确控制碳势的基本条件,并提出了改进工艺的办法,实现精确控制炉内碳势,渗碳零件质量稳定可靠,节约渗剂,取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 In view of the shortcomings in the gas carburizing process of multi-purpose furnaces in a forestry machinery factory in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzed the basic conditions for single-factor precise control of carbon potential with oxygen probes, and put forward the method to improve the process, with good results obtained.
