【摘要】 目的报道1例老年男性乳腺癌并多发转移病例,并对相关文献进行系统回顾,总结和分析男性乳腺癌临床诊治相关内容。方法通过报道1例老年男性乳腺癌并多发转移的诊断及治疗经过,结合相关文献,总结分析男性乳腺癌相关研究进展。结果患者术后病理证实为乳腺癌,多发转移后行化疗及转移灶消融手术。结论男性乳腺癌临床少见,具有其相应的流行病学特征、病理学表现,需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report a case of elderly male breast carcinoma(MBC) with multiple metastases, and systematically review the relevant literature to summarize and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MBC.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of an elderly male patient with breast carcinoma and multiple metastases was reported here. By reviewing the relevant literature and combining with this case, the epidemiological characteristics and pathological manifestations of MBC were analyzed, and the research progress was summarized.Results The patient was pathologically confirmed to be breast carcinoma. Chemotherapy and ablation were given after multiple metastases.Conclusion Male breast carcinoma is rare in clinic, and has its corresponding epidemiological characteristics and pathological manifestations, which need further study.更多还原
