铝硅合金金相试样制备技巧
Preparation Technique of Metallographic Sample of Aluminum-silicon Alloy
【摘要】 在制备铝硅合金的金相试样时,其磨面易在低压力下出现硅粒脱落的现象,细微划痕很难消除,易造成假象。对铝硅合金金相试样制备的基本操作及常见问题的解决方法进行了分析和总结,以便给理化检验工作者提供参考。
【Abstract】 During the preparation of metallographic samples of aluminum-silicon alloy,the phenomenon of silicon particles falling off under low pressure is easy to appear on the grinding surface of aluminum-silicon alloy,and the micro scratch is difficult to eliminate,which is easy to cause false appearance.The basic operation of metallographic sample preparation of aluminum-silicon alloy and the solutions to common problems are analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for physical and chemical testing workers.
