【摘要】 一流大学和一流学科建设是实现高等教育内涵式发展的着力点,专业是人才培养的基本单元,涉及人才培养体系的设计与实施、人才培养模式改革、实习实训体系建设等方面。目前,地方高校均设有种类齐全的学科门类专业,并逐步向综合性大学转变。但是,培养方案与产业需求脱节、专业目录与课程体系设计落后、学科交叉欠缺等问题正在阻碍一流专业建设的深入发展。针对一流专业建设的主要问题,以OBE理念为导向,明确地方高校一流专业的建设任务,是解决一流专业发展瓶颈的有效途径。经过长期的探索与实践,湖北大学在一流专业建设上取得了较为显著的成效,以期为同类地方综合性大学提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of first-class university and first-class discipline is the key to realize the connotative development of higher education. Specialized majors are the basic unit of talent training, involving the design and implementation of talent training system, the reform of talent training mode, and the construction of practice and training system. At present, local colleges have a wide range of disciplines, and are gradually upgrading into comprehensive universities. However, problems such as the gaps between training programs and industry demands, the backward design of specialty catalogue and curriculum system, and also the lack of interdisciplinary are hindering the further development of first-class discipline construction. Aiming at the main problems in the construction of first-class disciplines, the effective way to solve the bottleneck of first-class discipline development is to make clear the construction task of first-class disciplines in local colleges under the guidance of the OBE concept. After years of exploration and practice, Hubei University has made remarkable achievements in the construction of first-class disciplines, in order to provide reference for similar local comprehensive universities.更多还原
