【Abstract】 Supervisors shoulder the first responsibility for postgraduate training and undertake the mission and responsibility of cultivating high-level innovative talents with both integrity and ability in the new era. Building the supervisor team which can cultivate morality, conduct rigorous research and devote themselves to the education of students may answer the call for the fundamental issue of "what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate people".
