青海湖鸟岛湿地温室气体通量对模拟降水改变的响应

【摘要】 以青海湖湖滨湿地为研究对象,采用静态箱-气相色谱法研究不同降水梯度对青海湖鸟岛湿地温室气体交换的影响.结果表明,在整个生长季(5-9月),鸟岛湿地均为3种温室气体的源;不同降水梯度对CO2排放通量无显著影响,降水量变化对CH4排放通量有显著影响(P<0.01),且降水量增加有利于促进CH4排放;鸟岛湿地降水变化对N2O排放量无显著影响.

【Abstract】 With the Qinghai Lake lakeside wetland as a study area, the static chamber-gas chromatography method was used to study the effect of different precipitation gradients on the greenhouse gas exchange of the Bird Island Wetland there. The results revealed that, throughout the growing season(May-September), the Bird Island Wetland was the source of three greenhouse gases; different precipitation gradients had no significant effect on CO2 emissions flux; the changes in precipitation had a significant effect on the CH4 emission flux(P<0.01), increasing precipitation was beneficial to promoting CH4 emissions; and the changes in the Bird Island Wetland precipitation had no significant effect on N2 O emissions.
