【摘要】 我国高等教育发展正经历着从外延拓展向内涵发展的急剧变革。质量提升已经成为新时代高等教育发展的主旨,教学督导作为高校教学质量监控工作的重要组成部分,也亟待变革。针对我国高校特别是地方应用型本科院校教学督导工作面临的困境,有必要运用精准思维的工作原理和方法,顺应新时代高等教育发展需要,结合高校教学实际,聚焦教育教学工作的主要环节和专业建设、课程建设、教师发展、教学管理、学生发展等重要方面,开展教学精准督导工作。为此,需在建构质量文化、制度创新、方法创新、队伍建设等方面加以探索。更多还原
