【摘要】 目的：分析谷红注射液的药品不良反应（ADR）相关因素，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，收集我院2019年1月至2020年11月上报在国家药品不良反应监测系统的谷红注射液的ADR病例报告，并对其性别、年龄、民族、基础疾病、用药原因、不良反应发生时间、累及器官/系统及主要临床表现、治疗及转归等进行统计分析。结果：26例ADR患者中，一般不良反应21例（80.77%），严重不良反应5例（19.23%）；男女比是0.44:1，中老年患者（45岁以上）为主要发生人群（84.62%）；发生时间最短为3分钟，最长为9天，大多集中于1天以内（96.15%）;ADR/ADE累及器官系统最多的为皮肤及其附件损害（33.33%），临床表现为皮疹、出汗、红肿、瘙痒；其次为全身性损害（19.30%）、心血管系统损害（19.30%）、呼吸系统损害（14.04%）;9例（34.62%）存在超说明书用法用量规定使用的情况。26例谷红注射液不良反应/事件报告对患者原患疾病的影响都不明显。结论：谷红注射液在临床使用过程中一定要严格按照药品说明书用药，严格掌握适应症和用量，规范临床应用，加强用药过程中的监测，从而保障用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the related factors of adverse drug reaction(ADR) of Guhong injection and provide references for clinical safe drug use. Method: The ADR cases of Guhong injection reported in the national ADR monitoring system from January 2019 to November 2020 in our hospital were collected by retrospective analysis method. Their gender, age,nationality, underlying diseases, medication reasons, occurrence time of adverse reactions, organs/systems involved and main clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis were statistically analyzed. Result: Among the 26 ADR patients, 21 cases(80.77%)had general adverse reactions and 5 cases(19.23%) had severe adverse reactions. The ratio of males to females was 0.44:1, and the middle-aged and elderly patients(over 45 years old) were the main population(84.62%). The shortest time of occurrence was 3 minutes and the longest was 9 days, and most of which were within 1 day(96.15%). The most common organ system involved in ADR/ADE was skin and its appendages(33.33%). The clinical manifestations were rash, sweating, redness and itching. Next were systemic damage(19.30%), cardiovascular system damage(19.30%) and respiratory system damage(14.04%). 9 cases(34.62%)were used beyond the instruction. The adverse reaction/event reports of 26 cases of Guhong injection had no significant effect on the original disease. Conclusion: In the process of clinical use, Guhong injection must be used in strict accordance with the drug instructions. Relevant personnel should strictly grasp the indications and dosage, standardize clinical application, strengthen the monitoring of drug use process, so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.更多还原
