三棱-莪术对子宫肌瘤大鼠MCP-1、GM-CSF、GRO/KC表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨三棱-莪术组分配伍对子宫肌瘤大鼠血清中单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-1)、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、肿瘤生长相关因子(GRO/KC)的影响。方法:采用雌孕激素负荷结合多因素刺激法建立子宫肌瘤模型,分为空白组、模型组、阳药组、三棱-莪术(高、中、低)组,实验结束后采用酶联免疫法测定每组大鼠血清中MCP-1、GM-CSF、GRO/KC的水平。结果:造模后MCP-1、GM-CSF、GRO/KC的含量与空白组相比有上升(P>0.05);治疗后,三棱-莪术各个剂量组中的MCP-1、GM-CSF、GRO/KC有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤的发生与MCP-1、GM-CSF、GRO/KC有一定关系,且三棱-莪术组分配伍干预后,三者表达水平有降低趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Sanleng and Ezhu on the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) and tumor growth-related factors(GRO/KC) in the serum of rats with uterine leiomyoma(UL). Method: The UL model was established with estrogen and progesterone load combined with multi-factor stimulation. The rats were divided into control group, model group, postive control group, Sanleng and Ezhu group of high dosage, middle dosage, low dosage. After the experiment, the levels of MCP-1, GM-CSF and GRO/KC in serum of rats in each group were measured by ELISA. Result: After modeling, the expression levels of MCP-1, GM-CSF and GRO/KC increased compared with the control group(P > 0.05). After the intervention, MCP-1, GM-CSF and GRO/KC in each dose group of Sanleng and Ezhuhad a decreased tendency(P > 0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence of UL is related to MCP-1, GM-CSF and GRO/KC.After the intervention of Sanleng and Ezhu, the expression levels of the three indicators show a downward trend.
