【摘要】 目的:研究使君子不同入药部位生品及炮制品对消化不良小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响,比较各样品消积作用的差异。方法:以碘乙酰胺建立小鼠消化不良模型,采用酚红糊剂推进实验,测定小鼠胃内容物残留率、胃酚红排空率、小肠酚红推进率,评价不同炮制品的消积作用。结果:生用种仁组、生用果实组、清炒种仁组、煨制种仁组、煨制果实组对消化不良小鼠均有一定的消积作用。综合评价,作用由强至弱依次为煨制种仁> 清炒种仁> 煨制果实> 生用种仁>生用果实。结论:使君子种仁加热炮制后消积作用较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the removing food retention effect of crude and processed products of different parts from Fructus quisqualis by investing the gastrointestinal motility in indigestion mice.Method:Mice indigestion model induced by iodoacetamide was established.Phenol red paste propulsion was used to detect the residual rate,gastric emptying rate,intestinal propulsive ratio of mice with gastric contents,to evaluate the effect of removing food retention of different processed products of elimination effects.Result:The seed kernel group,the fruit group,the fried seed kernel group,the simmer seed kernel group and the simmer fruit group all had some effect of removing food retention on the indigestion mice.Comprehensive evaluation showed that the degree of effect was as following:simmer seed kernel> fried seed kernel> simmer fruit> seed kernel> fruit.Conclusion:Fructus quisqualis kernel prepared with heat shows better effect in removing food retention.更多还原
