【摘要】 目的:调查和研究关于成都中医药大学"中药学太极班"应用复合型人才培养质量对于我校调整应用复合型人才培养模式和方案,推进中药学教育教学现代化的改革,进一步提升"中药学太极班"人才培养的质量具有非常重要的意义和必要。方法:对已经毕业的成都中医药大学"中药学太极班"学生进行一对一随机电话访谈,电话访问太极集团各用人部门相关负责人,对于"中药学太极班"毕业生的总体评价的方式进行调查研究,内容涉及毕业生的总体情况、基本素质、专业能力、相关技能以及毕业生对中药学太极班的课程设置、教学情况、提供的资源平台的评价和自身的评价等方面并且征集了毕业生对提升成都中医药大学"中药学太极班"人才质量的意见和建议。结果:该研究调查表明,大部分毕业生对自身的基本素质、教学情况表示较满意,但是在相关技能、提供的资源平台总体表现表示一般。结论:以"中药学太极班"为代表的人才培养要继续持续加强中药学太极班专业学生的实践能力、应用能力、专业知识能力、相关技能的培养;继续加强我校教学和学风的建设;继续完善和健全我校资源建设;继续加强学校与企业的对话机制;继续加强太极班同学顶岗实习或见习的管理制度;以企业需求为导向继续深化教学改革;继续加强校企合作力度,开展项目合作和学术交流;持续深化对有关中医药行业相关法律法规和发展动态的知识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate and study the quality of applied versatile talent training in "Taiji class of traditional Chinese Medicine" of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is of great significance and necessity to adjust the mode and scheme of applied versatile talents training and to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine education and teaching.Method:A one-to-one random telephone interview was conducted with the students of "Taiji Class of Traditional Chinese Medicine" of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The interview was conducted by telephone with the persons in charge of the employing departments of Taiji Group.The survey was conducted on the overall evaluation of the graduates of "Taiji Class of Traditional Chinese Medicine", including the general situation,basic quality,professional ability,relevant skills,the evaluation on the curriculum,teaching situation,resource platform provided and their own.The opinions and suggestions of graduates on improving the quality of talents was also solicited.Result:The survey shows that most of the graduates were satisfied with their basic qualities and teaching conditions,but not in the relevant skills,the overall expression of the resource platform.Conclusion:The training of talents represented by "Taiji Class of Traditional Chinese Medicine" should continue to strengthen the practical ability,application ability,professional ability and related skills;continue to strengthen the construction of teaching and study style;continue to complete the resource construction of university;continue to strengthen the dialogue mechanism between university and enterprise;continue to strengthen the management system of the practice or apprenticeship of Taiji class students;continue to deepen the teaching reform guided by the needs of enterprises;continue to strengthen the cooperation between university and enterprises,carry out project cooperation and academic exchange;and continue to deepen the knowledge of the relevant laws,regulations and development trends of Chinese medicine industry.更多还原
