外泌体miRNAs在前列腺癌中的应用及研究进展

【摘要】 外泌体是直径为30~150 nm从细胞中释放出来的具有膜结构的囊性小泡。外泌体目前被认为是细胞间通讯的重要介质,并参与多种细胞过程,有研究表明外泌体内容物中的microRNAs(miRNAs)含量最丰富,且来自外泌体的miRNAs可以充当信号分子调节前列腺癌的生长、侵袭、转移以及对化疗药物的敏感性。此外,外泌体源性miRNAs可以反映前列腺癌的进展和恶性程度。本文综述了外泌体源性miRNAs在前列腺癌进展中的作用,并探讨了其可以作为前列腺癌诊断和预后的生物标记物的巨大潜力,将有助于前列腺癌的诊断与治疗,提高患者的预后。

【Abstract】 Exosomes are lipid bilayer vesicles that are 30-150 nm in diameter and are released from the cells. Exosomes are currently considered as crucial mediators of intercellular communication and participate in a variety of cellular processes. Studies have shown that microRNAs(miRNAs) were abundant in exosomes. Exosome-derived miRNAs act as signaling molecules to regulate tumor growth,invasion,metastasis,and sensitivity to chemotherapeutic agents. In addition,exosomal miRNAs can reflect the progression and malignancy of prostate cancer. This article reviews the role of exosomal miRNAs in the progression of prostate cancer,discussing their great potential as promising,non-invasive biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer,which will be conducive to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in prostate cancer.
