【摘要】 目的探究玻璃体消融术治疗玻璃体混浊的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年9月到2019年12月于包头市眼科医院诊断为生理性玻璃体混浊的患者例30例(30只眼),飞蚊症症状稳定在2个月以上。治疗前均做常规眼压、视力、眼底、玻璃体混浊程度等情况检查。玻璃体消融术治疗后,记录并分析术后30 min、1周和1个月眼压、视力、眼底、玻璃体混浊程度等情况,术前均充分散瞳术后根据主观、客观进行评估。结果 30例患者中主观临床有效率为96.67%,客观临床有效率为100%,且未发现并发症。同一治疗方法客观和主观评价治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论玻璃体消融术能有效改善患者飞蚊症的症状,并且起效快,恢复时间短,疗效显著,临床满意度高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical effect of vitreous ablation in the treatment of vitreous opacity. Methods A total of 30 patients( 30 eyes) with physiological vitreous opacity diagnosed at the Baotou Eye Hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively enrolled,and their symptoms of floaters were stable for more than 2 months. Routine examination of intraocular pressure,visual acuity,fundus examination and degree of vitreous opacity were performed before the treatment. After vitreous ablation treatment,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,fundus,and degree of vitreous opacity were recorded and analyzed at 30 minutes,1 week and 1 month. Pupils were fully dilated before the surgery,and both subjective and objective assessment were performed after the treatment. Results In these 30 patients,the subjective clinical effective rate was 96. 67%,the objective clinical effective rate was 100%,and no complications were found. There was no statistically significant difference between the objective and subjective evaluation of the treatment effect of the same treatment method( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Vitreous ablation can effectively improve the symptoms of floaters in patients,and is fast-acting,has short recovery time,significant curative effect and high clinical satisfaction,and is thus worthy of promotion.更多还原
