【Abstract】 Chinese medicine English is playing a very important role in the process of introducing Chinese medicine and spreading the culture of Chinese medicine to the world. It is especially important to enhance the teaching of Chinese medicine English and improve the teaching proficiency. But several major problems still exit in the teaching practice, such as lag of the discipline development, lack of standardization in compiling the teaching materials, monotony of teaching patterns, and severe deficiency of the specialist teachers. So the universities of Chinese medicine are extremely keen to figure out the solutions to the problems mentioned above.
