【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅱ、Ⅲ期STS的治疗方法。方法回顾性收集84例行手术治疗的STS患者临床资料,根据术后是否放疗分为两组,各42例。观察组术后行放化疗治疗,对照组术后只行化疗。比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组1、2、3年生存率均明显高于对照组、局部复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组在骨髓抑制方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后放化疗能提高Ⅱ、Ⅲ期STS的临床疗效,安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of STS at stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with STS who underwent surgery were collected retrospectively, and they were divided into two groups according to whether or not they received radiotherapy after surgery, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group received chemotherapy and radiotherapy after surgery, while the control group received chemotherapy only after surgery. The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The 1, 2, and 3-year survival rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the local recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The two groups had statistical significance in bone marrow suppression(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ STS with good safety.更多还原
