【摘要】 目的探讨儿童银屑病的治疗方法。方法将104例儿童银屑病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用中药淀粉浴和NB-UVB光疗,治疗组加服"消风散"加味,两组均连续治疗6个月,观察临床效果。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ~2=9.68,P=0.027),PASI评分降低幅度大于对照组(t=40.65,P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(χ~2=0.003,P=0.957)。结论 "消风散"加味联合中药淀粉浴及NB-UVB能有效治疗儿童银屑病,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of psoriasis in children. Methods A total of 104 children with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine starch bath and NB-UVB phototherapy. The treatment group was treated with "XiaofengSan", in addition to the treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months continuously, and the clinical effects were observed. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(χ~2=9.68, P=0.027), and the reduction in PASI score was greater than that of the control group(t=40.65, P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.003, P=0.957). Conclusion "XiaofengSan" combined with traditional Chinese medicine starch bath and NB-UVB can effectively treat psoriasis in children. It’s safe and reliable.更多还原
