【摘要】 目的探讨改善不孕不育患者不良情绪的方法。方法收集不孕不育患者60例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。在临床对症治疗的同时,对照组接受常规护理,研究组在此基础上接受心理干预。干预前后采用SAS、SDS量表进行评估,观察其临床效果。结果研究组干预后的SAS、SDS评分降低幅度大于对照组(t=13.56,15.03;P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(χ~2=4.04,P=0.044)。结论对不孕不育患者开展心理干预能够有效改善其不良情绪,提升护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore ways to improve the unhealthy mood of infertility patients. Methods A total of 60 cases of infertility patients were collected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. While clinical symptomatic treatment, the control group received routine nursing care, and the study group received psychological intervention on this basis. The SAS and SDS scales were used before and after the intervention to evaluate the clinical effects. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group decreased more than those of the control group(t=13.56, 15.03; P<0.01), and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(χ~2=4.04, P=0.044). Conclusion Psychological intervention for patients with infertility can effectively improve their unhealthy mood and improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
