【摘要】 随着组织工程技术的进步,人工真皮材料已广泛应用于深度烧伤创面、全层皮肤缺损创面、肌腱和骨外露创面、瘢痕松解创面及多种慢性难愈性创面等。因其容易获得、操作简单、植皮成活率高、瘢痕增生轻、免疫排斥较小、远期活动功能好等优点,给创面治疗提供了新选择。随着国家卫健委批复设立创面修复科,今后对各种体表创面治疗需求巨大,人工真皮的应用前景广阔。文章综述了人工真皮在创面修复中的应用研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress of tissue engineering technology,artificial dermis has been widely used in deep burn wounds,full-thickness skin defect wounds,tendon and bone-exposed wounds,scar release wounds,and various chronic ulcer wounds.It provides a new direction for wound treatment because of its advantages,such as easy access,simple operation,high graft survival rate,mild scar hyperplasia,slight immune rejection and good long-term activity function.With the establishment of the wound repair department approved by the National Health Commission,there will be a great demand for the treatment of various body surface wounds in the future,and the application of artificial dermis will have a broad prospect.This paper reviews the progress in application of artificial dermis in wound repair.更多还原
