第三方患者体验测评对提升心外科护理质量的效果评价

【摘要】 目的探讨第三方患者体验测评对提升心外科护理质量的效果。方法委托第三方机构对我院8 743例心外科住院患者进行问卷测评,根据调查时间分为改进前组与改进后组,比较改进前后心外科住院患者的总满意率、认同度及忠诚度占比及医疗质量服务评分。结果改进后组患者总满意率、认同度及忠诚度占比均较改进前组显著提升(P<0.01)。改进后组患者医疗服务质量各项评分显著高于改进前组(P<0.01)。结论第三方患者体验测评可提升心外科护理质量的效果,具有临床推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the third-party patient experience assessment on improving the quality of cardio surgery care.Methods Entrust a third party agencies to conduct a questionnaire assessment of 8 743 patients in cardiac surgery ward in our hospital.According to the survey time,it was divided into the pre-improvement group and the post-improvement group.The total satisfaction rate,recognition,loyalty,and medical quality service scores of inpatients in the cardiac surgery department before and after the improvement were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate,recognition and loyalty of patients in the postimprovement group were significantly higher than those in the pre-improvement group(P<0.01).The scores of medical service quality in the post-improvement group were significantly higher than those of the pre-improvement group(P<0.01).Conclusions The third-party patient experience assessment can improve the quality of cardiac surgery care and has clinical promotion value.
