喉罩复合七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿眼科短小手术中的应用
Application of laryngeal mask combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric ophthalmic little surgery
【摘要】 目的探讨喉罩复合七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿眼科短小手术中的应用。方法将60例眼科小手术患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。麻醉时研究组患儿使用喉罩,对照组患儿使用面罩,均复合七氟醚吸入麻醉。比较两组患儿手术时间、面罩或喉罩拔除时间、苏醒时间;比较麻醉诱导前、面罩或喉罩置入即刻、置入5min后、面罩或喉罩拔除即刻两组患儿心率、血压、血氧饱和度水平;比较两组24h内不良反应发生率。结果两组手术时间、面罩或喉罩拔除时间及苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组佩戴喉罩拔除即刻收缩压水平、置入5min、喉罩拔除即刻血氧饱和度水平较麻醉诱导前显著升高(P<0.01),对照组面罩佩带即刻、佩带5min、移除即刻心率及血压水平、血氧饱和度均较麻醉诱导前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组喉罩置入即刻、置入5min、喉罩拔除即刻心率、血压及血氧饱和度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。研究组24h内不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论喉罩复合七氟醚吸入麻醉应用于小儿眼科短小手术中,操作简单,且对患儿心率、血压及血氧饱和度影响较小,拔管后不易造成患儿呛咳,值得推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of laryngeal mask combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric ophthalmic little surgery.Methods A total of 60 children patients with ophthalmic little surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.During anesthesia,the children in the study group used a laryngeal mask,and the children in the control group used a face mask,all combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.Compare the operation time,face mask or laryngeal mask removal time,and recovery time between the two groups of children.Compare the heart rate,blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation levels of the two groups before anesthesia induction(T1),immediately after the insertion of face mask or laryngeal mask(T2),5 minutes after insertion(T3),and immediately after the face mask or laryngeal mask was removed(T4).The incidence of adverse reactions within 24 hours between the two groups was compared.Results The systolic blood pressure level at T2 and the blood oxygen saturation levels at T3 and T4 in the study group were significantly higher than those before the induction of anesthesia(P<0.01).In the control group,the heart rate and blood pressure levels at T2,T3,T4,and blood oxygen saturation levels at T4 were significantly higher than those before anesthesia induction(P<0.01).The heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation levels at T2,T3,T4 of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions within 24 hours in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusions In pediatric ophthalmic little surgery,laryngeal mask combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is simple to operate,and has little effect on children’s heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation.After extubation,it will not cause children to choke and is worthy of promotion and application.
