【摘要】 三叉神经痛(TN)是三叉神经分布区域内反复出现的面部阵发性剧痛,抗癫痫药和三环类抗抑郁药是治疗三叉神经痛的一线药物。三叉神经痛的手术适应证为经至少3种药物治疗后,患者的症状不缓解或出现无法忍受的副作用。手术治疗和放射治疗又分为神经损伤性和非神经损伤性治疗。另外,神经调控刺激术如脑运动皮质刺激(MCS)和深部脑刺激(DBS)是新兴技术,也可以缓解三叉神经痛的疼痛程度。本文对三叉神经痛非药物治疗的历史及研究进展进行综述,为三叉神经痛选择更加合理的个体化治疗方案提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trigeminal neuralgia( TN) is a recurrent facial paroxysmal pain in the distribution area of trigeminal nerve. About 12-29 people suffer from TN in every 100000 people. Antiepileptic drugs and tricyclic antidepressants are the first-line drugs for TN. The surgical indications of TN patients are patients with intolerable side effects or unrelieved symptoms after treatment with at least three drugs. Surgical treatment and radiotherapy are divided into nerve injury treatment and non-nerve injury treatment. In addition,neuromodulation stimulation techniques such as cerebral motor cortex stimulation( MCS) and deep brain stimulation( DBS) are emerging technologies,which can also alleviate the pain degree of TN. This paper summarizes the history and latest progress of non-drug treatment of TN,so as to provide a theoretical basis for patients to provide a more reasonable individualized treatment scheme.更多还原
