LncRNA与成骨分化相关信号通路的研究进展
Research progress of LncRNA and osteogenic differentiation-related signaling pathways
【摘要】 骨骼是人体的重要支架,参与调节各种生理功能。成骨分化是一个复杂的过程,受转录因子Runx2、p57和Sp7等的严格控制,同时调控着大量关键下游促成骨靶基因的转录。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)可促进细胞增殖,并通过复杂机制网络调控成骨标志物或关键调节因子及相关途径参与骨生成。本文主要从Wnt/β、TGF-β/BMP、PI3K/AKT等信号通路对LncRNA调控成骨分化的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Bone is an important scaffold of human body,which participates in the regulation of various physiological functions. Osteogenic differentiation is a complex process,which is strictly controlled by transcription factors such as Runx2,p57 and Sp7. At the same time,it regulates the transcription of a large number of key downstream genes that contribute to bone target. Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) can promote cell proliferation,and regulate osteogenic markers or key regulatory factors and related pathways through a complex network of mechanisms/βSignal pathway,TGF-β/BMP signaling pathway and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway are reviewed in this paper.
