钙稳态、维生素D与糖尿病认知损害关系的研究进展

【摘要】 随着糖尿病的发病率和老龄化人群的不断增加,与糖尿病相关的认知损害日益引起人们的重视。近年研究发现,钙稳态失衡广泛存在于糖尿病认知损害发生、发展中的多个重要机制中,而维生素D可以在多种细胞类型中通过基因组和非基因组机制调节细胞内Ca2+信号并影响细胞膜钙泵表达及钙通道活性调节细胞内钙稳态,对糖尿病认知损害有重要的保护作用。因此,对罹患糖尿病风险增加的人群和糖尿病患者定期监测维生素D水平,且对维生素D缺乏者早期评定认知功能具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 With the prevalence of diabetes and the increasing number of aging people, cognitive dysfunction related to diabetes has attracted increasing attention. Recent studies have found that the imbalance of calcium homeostasis widely exists in many important mechanisms of the occurrence and development of diabetic cognitive impairment. Vitamin D can regulate intracellular calcium homeostasis through genomic and non genomic mechanisms, and affect the expression of cell membrane calcium pump and the activity of calcium channel in a variety of cell types, which has an important protective effect on diabetic cognitive impairment. Therefore, it is of great significance to regularly monitor vitamin D levels in people with increased risk of DM and patients with DM, and to evaluate cognitive function in patients with vitamin D deficiency at an early stage.
