755 nm、532 nm皮秒激光去除4种不同颜色文身的疗效及安全性观察

【摘要】 目的:评价755 nm、532 nm皮秒激光去除4种常见颜色文身的疗效、其与治疗次数的关系及其安全性。方法:收集2015年10月—2019年4月完成755 nm、532 nm皮秒激光去除文身治疗的59例患者(包括蓝黑色、黑色、红色及绿色文身,共77处)病历资料,并对其疗效与治疗次数的关系、不良反应及满意度进行分析。结果:77处文身经4~12次治疗后共治愈62处,其中绿色文身起效最快,红色文身起效最慢,4种颜色文身的平均显效治疗次数为(4.75±2.12)次,平均治愈治疗次数为(9.00±2.12)次。结论:755 nm、532 nm皮秒激光是目前去除文身的有效手段,平均需4次起效,不良反应小,满意度较高,治疗次数是影响疗效的关键因素之一。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy, the relationship between efficacy and the number of treatments, and the treatment safety of 755 nm and 532 nm picosecond lasers in treating tattoos of four different colors. Methods: The medical records of 77 tattoos(blue-black, black, red, or green) were collected from 59 patients who completed the treatment with 755 nm and 532 nm lasers from October 2015 to April 2019. The efficacy, the relationship between efficacy and the number of treatments, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate were analyzed. Results: Among the 77 tattoos, 62 were cured after 4 to 12 treatments. The treatment took the most rapid effect in green tattoos, while the slowest effect was found in red ones. The average number of markedly effective treatments was 4.75±2.12. For cured tattoos, the average number of treatments was 9.00±2.12. Conclusion: 755 nm and532 nm picosecond lasers is an effective treatment for tattoos. It takes an average of 4 treatments to take effect, with slight adverse reactions and a high satisfaction rate. The number of treatments is a key factor affecting the efficacy.
