3D打印技术对口腔种植牙精度及患者满意度影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨3D打印技术对口腔种植牙精度及患者满意度的影响。方法:收集我院2018年1月~2021年1月接诊的130例种植牙患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为3D打印组(62例,160颗)及传统组(68例,200颗),术后随访3个月,对比两组手术用时,种植牙偏离距离、偏离角度,种植成功率及患者满意度。结果:3D打印组患者手术时间较传统组明显下降。种植牙偏移距离、偏离角度及患者满意度均优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术可有效降低口腔种植患者种植牙偏移,提高手术精度,并缩短手术时间,提高种植成功率及患者满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of 3 D printing technology in implant patients.Methods:Totally 130 cases of dental implant patients in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were collected and randomly divided into 3 D printing group(62 cases, 160 teeth)and traditional group(68 cases, 200 teeth).The patients were followed up for 3 months, and the operation time, implant deviation distance, deviation angle, implant success rate and patients’ satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the 3 D printing group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group, and the implant offset distance, deviation angle and patients’ satisfaction of the 3 D printing group were better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:3 D printing technology can effectively reduce the implant offset, improve the surgical accuracy, reduce the operation time and improve the success rate of implant and patients’ satisfaction.
