新冠肺炎疫情影响下长期居家人员的情绪及睡眠质量的调查及危险因素分析
The mood and sleep quality of long-term home residents under the influence of COVID-19 epidemic and its risk factors
【摘要】 目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情影响下长期居家人员的情绪及睡眠质量,并分析其影响因素。方法:采取便利抽样的方式,通过网络问卷的形式对国内受新冠肺炎疫情影响的长期居家人员进行心理健康及睡眠质量的调查,分为长期居家组(居家≥4周)与非长期居家组(居家<4周),评估长期居家人员的焦虑、抑郁、躯体化症状及睡眠质量,并对危险因素进行分析。结果:长期居家组(n=77)和非长期居家组(n=161)在年龄、性别、婚姻、慢性病等方面差异无统计学意义;在地区、受教育程度、工作状态、职业、躯体疼痛等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);长期居家组人员的广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷抑郁症状量表(PHQ-9)、患者健康问卷(PHQ-15)、失眠严重指数量(ISI)评分均显著高于非长期居家组人员(P<0.05或P<0.01);受教育程度高是焦虑的保护因素,躯体疼痛是焦虑、躯体化症状及睡眠质量的危险因素,有慢性病史是抑郁、躯体化症状及睡眠质量的危险因素,已婚是躯体症状的保护因素,处于工作状态是睡眠质量的保护因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:疫情影响下,长期居家人员容易出现焦虑抑郁情绪及躯体不适感,睡眠质量较差;在有慢性病史、伴有躯体疼痛的人员中更明显;而在受教育程度高、处于工作状态中及有配偶的人员中相对较轻。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mood and sleep quality of long-term home residents under the influence of COVID-19 epidemic, and to analyze the risk factors. Method:Randomly selected convenient samples, and mental health and sleep quality of long-term stay-at-home residents under the influence of COVID-19 epidemic were investigated by online questionnaire.They were divided into long-term home group(≥4 weeks) and non-long-term home group(<4 weeks).The anxiety, depression, somatization symptoms and sleep quality of long-term stay-at-home workers were evaluated, and the risk factors were analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference between long-term home group(n=77) and non-long-term home group(n=161) in terms of age, sex, marriage, chronic diseases.There were significant differences in area, education level, working status, occupation and physical pain(P<0.05 or P<0.01);The scores of general anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9),PHQ-15 and insomnia severity index(ISI) in the long-term home group were higher than those in the non-long-term home group, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).High education level was a protective factor for anxiety, physical pain was a risk factor for anxiety, somatization symptoms and sleep quality, chronic medical history was a risk factor for depression, somatization symptoms and sleep quality, and marriage was a protective factor for somatic symptoms.Working state was the protective factor of sleep quality(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic, long-term stay-at-home residents are prone to feel anxiety, depression and physical discomfort, and the sleep quality is poor, which are more obvious in those with chronic medical history and physical pain.However, it is relatively mild in those who are highly educated, at work and have a spouse.
