【摘要】 目的:探索锌指蛋白(ZNF)804A基因rs1344706位点多态性与双相障碍(BD)Ⅰ型患者认知功能缺损的关系。方法:采用重复性神经心理状态测验(RBANS)对BD Ⅰ型患者148例(BD组)及年龄、性别及受教育程度相匹配的健康对照者72名(对照组)进行认知功能检测;采用SNaPshot SNP分型技术对BD I型患者进行ZNF804A基因rs1344706位点多态性分析。结果:BD组RBANS中5个因子(即刻记忆、视觉广度、言语功能、注意、延时记忆)评分及总分明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。基因分析显示BD Ⅰ型患者rs1344706位点TT、TG、GG基因型分别为43、76、29例;各基因型间RBANS中即刻记忆和注意评分差异比较有统计学意义(P均<0.05);TT基因型患者即刻记忆和注意评分显著低于GG基因型患者(P均<0.01)。结论:ZNF804基因rs1344706位点多态性与BD Ⅰ型患者认知功能中的即刻记忆和注意缺损相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between zinc finger protein(ZNF) 804 A rs1344706 polymorphism and cognitive impairment in patients with bipolar Ⅰ disorder. Method:Cognitive function was measured by Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS) in 148 patients with stable bipolar Ⅰ disorder(BD group) and 72 healthy controls with matched age,sex and education years(control group).The SNP rs1344706 within ZNF804 A was genotyped by SNaPshot assay. Results:In the RBANS evaluation,both the scores of immediate memory,visuospatial skill,language,attention,delayed memory and the total score in the BD group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Genetic analysis showed that the numbers of BD Ⅰ patients with TT,TG and GG genotypes were 43,76 and 29,respectively.Patients with different genotype of rs1344706 polymorphism had significant differences in the scores of immediate memory and attention scores(all P<0.05),in which individuals with TT genotype had significantly lower RBANS scores than those with GG genotype(all P<0.01). Conclusion:ZNF804 A rs1344706 polymorphism is significantly associated with cognitive impairment in patients with bipolar Ⅰ disorder,especially the immediate memory and attention.更多还原
