【摘要】 目的探讨知信行(KAP)健康教育模式在唐氏筛查高风险孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月我院收治的唐氏筛查高风险孕妇200例,按照系统抽样法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规产前健康教育,观察组采用KAP健康教育模式。比较两组干预后产前诊断知晓率、产前诊断接受率、护理服务满意度及不良妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后产前诊断知晓率、产前诊断接受率、护理服务满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用KAP健康教育模式对唐氏筛查高风险孕妇实施护理管理,能够显著提高孕妇产前诊断知晓率及接受率,改善心理状态,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,取得较好的护理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of KAP health education model in Down’s screening of high-risk pregnant women. Methods 200 cases of Down’s screening high-risk pregnant women in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(100 cases) and observation group(100 cases) according to the systematic sampling method. The pregnant women in the control group were given routine prenatal health education, while theobservation group was given KAP health education. After the intervention, the awareness rate of prenatal diagnosis, acceptance rate of prenatal diagnosis, nursing service satisfaction and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate and acceptance rate of prenatal diagnosis in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion KAP health education model can significantly improve the awareness rate and acceptance rate of prenatal diagnosis, improve the psychological state, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and achieve good nursing effect, which is worthy of wide promotion.更多还原
