切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的术后并发症
Open reduction and locking plate internal fixation for the postoperative complications of comminuted proximal humeral fractures
【摘要】 <正>2012年3月～2018年4月,我科采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗20例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,术后发生并发症较多,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组20例,男2例,女18例,年龄55～94岁。骨折Neer分型均为Ⅳ型,均为肱骨近端粉碎性骨折。左侧11例,右侧9例。跌倒伤18例,车祸伤2例。伤后至手术时间3～10 d。
