【摘要】 目的探讨Nice结联合解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法采用Nice结联合解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗28例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者。术中根据骨折块的大小、形状采用不可吸收缝线环扎1～2道Nice结联合解剖锁定钢板固定。末次随访时根据肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间12～16个月。骨折均愈合,时间10～16周。术后均未发生内固定松动或断裂、骨折移位等并发症。末次随访时,肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分91～99分;肩关节活动度:前屈上举125°～180°(157.57°±11.64°),外展130°～180°(151.12°±13.08°),外旋40°～65°(52.19°±7.41°),内旋70°～90°(82.15°±6.83°)。结论 Nice结联合解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折简单、安全、临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Nice knot combined with anatomical locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of middle clavicle. Methods The 28 cases of middle clavicle comminuted fracture were treated with Nice knot combined with anatomical locking plate fixation. During operation,according to the size and shape of the fracture block,1 ～ 2 Nice knots were encircled with non-absorbable suture and fixed with anatomical locking plate. At the last follow-up,the curative effect was evaluated according to the ConstantMurley score of shoulder joint function. Results All patients were followed up for 12 ～ 16 months. All fractures healed in 10 ～ 16 weeks. There were no complications such as internal fixation loosening or fracture,and fracture displacement. At the last follow-up,the Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint function was 91 ～ 99 points; the joint activity: anteflexion and up-lift was 125° ～ 180°(157. 57° ± 11. 64°),abduction 130° ～ 180°(151. 12° ± 13. 08°),external rotation 40° ～ 65°(52. 19° ± 7. 41°),internal rotation 70° ～ 90°(82. 15° ± 6. 83°) .
