【摘要】 目的探讨邻指分页筋膜皮瓣修复手指末节脱套伤的临床疗效。方法采用邻指分页筋膜皮瓣修复22例手指末节脱套伤患者。缺损面积1.4 cm×2.8 cm～2.4 cm×4.8 cm,皮瓣设计面积为1.6 cm×1.8 cm～2.6 cm×2.8 cm,分页筋膜皮瓣面积1.6 cm×3.0 cm～2.6 cm×5.0 cm。结果皮瓣均成活,术后3～4周断蒂。患者均获得随访,时间6～32个月。末次随访时,患指皮瓣外形良好,无瘢痕挛缩畸形,皮瓣恢复触觉和浅痛觉;参照中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评价:感觉恢复为S3。结论采用邻指分页筋膜皮瓣修复手指末节脱套伤,血运可靠,方法简单,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adjacent-finger paginated fascial flap in repairing the degloving injury of terminal finger. Methods Twenty-two patients with terminal finger degloving injuries were repaired with adjacent-finger paginated fascial flaps. The defected area was 1. 4 cm × 2. 8 cm ～ 2. 4 cm × 4. 8 cm,the deisgned skin area was 1. 6 cm × 1. 8 cm ～ 2. 6 cm × 2. 8 cm,and the adjacent-finger paginated fascial flap area was 1. 6 cm ×3. 0 cm ～ 2. 6 cm × 5. 0 cm. Results All flaps survived successfully,and the pedicles were successfully cut off at 3 ～ 4 weeks after the operation. All 22 patients were followed up for 6 ～ 32 months. At the last follow-up,the affected finger flap had a good appearance,and no scar,contracture,and deformity were observed,the sensory of touch and shallow pain were recovered; referring to upper limb function evaluation tentative standard formulated by Chinese Medical Association Hand Surgery Society: the sensory recovery was S3. Conclusions The degloving injury of terminal finger is successfully repaired with the adjacent-finger paginated fascia flap. Reliable blood flow and definite effect are achieved by the simple method.更多还原
