【摘要】 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)是临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,目前其发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,利用无创方法建立有效的预后评价体系一直是临床研究的热点。超声心动图是目前临床应用广泛的心脏成像技术,具有便捷、无创及实时性等优点,能够为冠心病患者预后及生存评估提供有价值的诊疗信息。相比常规超声心动图,斑点追踪(STI)技术更具诊断高效性和临床实用性,能提供丰富的定性、定量多参数信息。本文从左室二维、左室三维、左房方面就STI技术在冠心病预后评估中的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as coronary heart disease)is one of the most common clinical cardiovascular diseases.At present,its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.The establishment of an effective prognostic evaluation system using non-invasive methods has always been a hot spot in clinical research.Echocardiography is a widely used clinical cardiac imaging technique with the advantages of being convenient,non-invasive and real-time,and can provide valuable diagnostic and treatment information for the prognosis and survival evaluation of patients with coronary heart disease.Compared with conventional echocardiography,speckle tracking imaging(STI)has more diagnostic efficiency and clinical practicabilit,and can provide rich qualitative and quantitative multi-parameter information.In this paper,the value and progress of STI technology in the prognosis assessment of coronary artery disease are reviewed from the aspects of left ventricular two-dimensional,left ventricular three-dimensional and left atrium.更多还原
