【Abstract】 The new era adds fresh connotations to college teachers’ professional development in applied higher education. This study reviewed the self-organization theories to consider the characteristics of openness, non-equilibrium, non-linearity and fluctuation in the faculty development. It explored the path of self-organization to the professional development of applied university teachers from four dimensions: optimizing external environment for sufficient resources; reconstructing the dynamic balance for internal force of teachers’ professional development; promoting the coordinated effect for the resonance of teachers’ professional development; and adjusting the internal fluctuation for teachers’ advance to excellence.更多还原
