【Abstract】 Jigeng-555 is a new rice variety with slender grain selected from the progenies of hybrid combination "Jigeng-801/Pinggeng-6" by Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Compared with the control variety, the yield increased by 8.2% in 2 a region test and 8.0% in production test. This variety has the characteristics of high yield, high quality, strong resistance and wide adaptability.
