功能化杯芳烃衍生物的合成及其萃取性能研究

【摘要】 合成了一种杯芳烃衍生物C4O,并以此为萃取剂,研究了其对镍、钴等金属离子的萃取性能。结果表明,萃取剂C4O对镍、钴表现出较强选择性,在水相pH=6、C4O浓度10 mmol/L、乙酸乙酯作稀释剂、相比(O/A)1∶1、室温下振荡接触60 min、振荡速度240 r/min条件下,镍离子萃取率可达93.9%,镍、钴离子分离系数可达388.38。

【Abstract】 A calixarene derivative C4 O was synthesized, and then was used as an extractant to investigate its extraction behavior for metallic ions of Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Mn and Cr. Results show that C4 O has good selectivity to Ni and Co. With the pH of the aqueous phase at 6, C4 O concentration of 10 mmol/L, O/A of 1∶1, and using ethyl acetate as the diluent, the extraction rate of nickel ions can reach 93.9% with Ni/Co separation coefficient up to 388.38 after 60 min-oscillation at speed of 240 r/min at a room temperature.
