新型干式永磁磁选机在非金属矿中的应用
Application of New-type Dry Permanent Magnetic Separator in Processing of Non-metallic Ore
【摘要】 为了解决榴辉岩矿中石榴子石和绿辉石高效分离、低品位磷灰石矿高效选别等非金属矿选矿技术难题,通过优化Halbach磁系研制了DPT型干式永磁磁选机。应用该磁选机选别榴辉岩重选粗精矿,能够获得矿物含量大于90%的石榴子石精矿和绿辉石精矿;应用该磁选机,采用破碎-分级-干式磁选工艺选别P2O5含量4.77%的低品位磷灰石矿,可获得P2O5含量32.20%、P2O5回收率70.50%的磷灰石精矿。DPT型干式永磁磁选机的研制和应用能为榴辉岩矿、低品位磷灰石矿等非金属矿的开发利用提供一条高效环保的途径。
【Abstract】 There exist some technical difficulties in the beneficiation practice of non-metallic ores, such as high-efficient separation between garnet and omphacite in eclogite ore and efficient beneficiation of low-grade apatite ore. To solve these problems, DPT dry permanent magnetic separator was developed by optimizing Halbach magnetic system. After DPT magnetic separator is employed to beneficiate eclogite rougher concentrate enriched by gravity separation, garnet and omphacite concentrates with mineral content exceeding 90% can be obtained. The low-grade apatite ore grading 4.77% P2O5 was beneficiated by adopting the processes consisting of crushing, classification and dry magnetic separation with this magnetic separator, resulting in an apatite concentrate grading 32.20% P2O5 at 70.50% recovery. It is concluded that the development and application of DPT magnetic separator can provide an efficient and environmentally friendly approach for the exploitation and utilization of non-metallic ores such as eclogite ore and low-grade apatite ore.
