生活垃圾焚烧飞灰-粉煤灰基多孔保温材料的制备

【摘要】 以生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和粉煤灰作为原料,以油酸钠为稳泡剂、双氧水为发泡剂制备多孔保温材料,研究了原料配比、添加剂用量等因素对多孔保温材料抗压和隔热性能的影响。研究结果表明,在飞灰/粉煤灰配比1∶1、油酸钠用量0.4%、水玻璃模数2.5、水玻璃用量10%、双氧水用量2%、水添加量40%条件下,制备的多孔保温材料抗压和隔热性能优异,其抗压强度和导热系数分别为0.48 MPa和0.091 W/(m·K)。

【Abstract】 The porous insulation materials were prepared with municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI) fly ash and coal ash as raw materials, sodium oleate as the foam stabilizing agent, and hydrogen peroxide as the foaming agent. Then, the effects of various factors, including the proportions of raw materials and the dosage of additives, on the compressive and thermal insulation performance of porous insulation materials were explored. The results show that with the ratio of MSWI fly ash and coal ash at a ratio of 1∶1, the addition of sodium oleate at an amount of 0.4%, water glass modulus of 2.5, the addition of water glass, hydrogen peroxide and water at the amount of 10%, 2% and 40%, respectively, the prepared porous thermal insulation material shows excellent compressive and thermal insulation performance, with the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of 0.48 MPa and 0.091 W/(m·K), respectively.
