【摘要】 目的:分析乌灵胶囊联合吗丁啉对功能性消化不良患者胃肠动力及血清PG、IL-17水平的影响。方法:选择2019-02～2020-02我院收治的76例功能性消化不良患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=38例)和观察组(n=38例),对照组给予吗丁啉及盐酸伊托必利片治疗,观察组给予乌灵胶囊联合吗丁啉治疗,疗程均为2周,比较两组血浆瘦素(LEP)、胃动素(MTL)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)水平及血清胃蛋白酶原(PGI)、(PGⅡ)、胃泌素G-17(IL-17)水平。结果:治疗结束时,两组LEP、餐后LEP、MTL及CRH水平均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,观察组PGⅠ、PGⅡ及IL-17水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合吗丁啉可促进功能性消化不良患者胃肠动力恢复,提高血清PG、IL-17水平的影响,提升临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Wuling capsule combined with Morbutoline on gastrointestinal motility and serum PG and IL-17 levels in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods: A total of 76 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Morbutoline and Itopride Hydrochloride Tablet, while the observation group was additively treated with Wuling Capsule. The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Compare two groups of plasma leptin(LEP), gastric dynamic element(MTL), adrenocorticotropic hormone releasing hormone(CRH) levels and serum pepsinogen(PGⅠ, PGⅡ), stomach gastrin-releasing G-17(IL-17) level.Results: The levels of LEP, LEP, MTL and CRH in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment.Observation group LEP, postprandial LEP, MTL and CRH levels higher than the control group, at the same time observation group PGⅠ, PGⅡ and IL-17 levels higher than the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Wuling capsule combined with Morbutoline can promote gastrointestinal motility recovery in patients with functional dyspepsia, increase serum PG and IL-17 levels, and improve the clinical treatment effect.更多还原
